I enjoy this location each time I go. The staff is approachable and very personable. I love the warm heating pad around the neck while you wait for your massage session. This is too notch! Today I found my person - Isabelle is amazing. I needed deep tissue due to my workout regimen and she delivered. I’ll be back. One wish is that this company had nap rooms where you could stay and rest!
Let me begin by saying, Rhaiza (spelling?) was phenomenal. She acknowledged all the aches and pains and then some. She’s absolutely thorough and I would recommend her to anyone. Husband had Michelle, he reports the back massage was great but everything else felt rushed. Now how we even got here: Husband bought a Mother’s Day gift card which entailed 1.5 hours plus tip and according to the person he purchased with was at a discounted rate for that holiday special. Horrible service, couples massage cancelled after waiting 4 weeks to get scheduled. Would not refund money. Please do not use this location.
