I booked an appointment 2 months out. One month before, I was asked to change massage therapist, day and time. No problem. One week before, I was asked to change days again. No problem. One hour before my appointment, I was asked to move my appointment. I said I couldn't and I would like to cancel my appointment. Jeanette quickly established rapport, was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the plan for the session. She's professional and addressed paint points with ease, and without any additional guidance.
From the moment you walk in, you’re immediately acknowledged and made to feel welcome and relaxed. The environment is very clean and calming. Michelle is extremely respectful and professional throughout the entire massage, and she consistently checks in to make sure the pressure is comfortable. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I truly felt well cared for.
