After two months and with no notice, my membership was cancelled. I am unable to use my membership coupons at any other location. I was blind sided by this news and have not received a response to my letter sent to the company. Based off ethic and principle, I do not recommend this company.
The place is very relaxing and the staff is so kind
After my first massage at Hand and Stone in Olathe, I had scheduled a second massage for 2 months later. I had to cancel, and I called the day before the session to cancel. I was informed that I didn’t call a full 24 hours before my 1pm massage the following day, so I was charged anyway. If you’re a single mom, make sure your kids don’t get sick, because you will still have to pay for a massage you never received! Even if you cancel the day before.
