Experience was satisfactory.
My wife reviewed this place because I booked a 60 minute massage, but only received a 30 minute massage. After 3 days, the manager called me and offered me to pay another $80 for them to try again. There are so many other great massage places in the area. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
My husband booked an hour massage and it started at 2:30 and the masseuse stopped at 3pm. I called the spa and waited 3 days for the manager to call me back. Never happened. Save your money and find another place to go. Waste of time and money.
Pros: friendly staff Cons: cold rooms with fans/ bed never seemed to get warm in room 7; the smell was awful when I walked in... If I didn't have appointments booked, I def would've left. A new candle is needed ASAP
