I received a massage and it was not the massage I wanted. I am expecting and ordered a prenatal massage, I said I did not feel comfortable with a male massaging me at this time but they said I would not get refunded. The massage was not great and the massage therapist said this was not what I needed and barely proceeded to massage. He wondered why they didn’t give me the prenatal massage. I would like a full refund, as I was told I wasn’t able to talk with the manager because she was ill at the time of service. Thank you
Tried to book an appointment for weeks online and then by calling, with no call back. Was still being charged for my monthly membership. Received no return communication via email or phone, including from a corporate customer line. Then saw on google it was updated to listed as closed. Clearly huge deficiencies in management and common courtesy for members at this location.
I’m so happy and grateful to have found Hand And Stone massage and facial spa in Brickyard. Every encounter I have had with management from the front desk people has been stellar. I’ve had wonderful massages by Cherise Cazier, she is so knowledgeable and takes extra care in the issues that I’d been having. It has been a real game changer for my physical and mental health. I’ve had great results with her reflexology massage and deep tissue massage.
Stan has given me two massages and both have been great. Highly recommend!
