I am a regular at Hand and Stone but usually select to have any female as my massage therapist. I lucked into having Elouise as my therapist. She was in tune with what my body needed. I had been having neck and shoulder pain with a pinched nerve. Elouise knew exactly where to find the root of my problem. I am now asking for Elouise only at my appointments. Elouise, thank you for helping fix me!
Alright y'all listen up Denae is absolutely fantastic! very consistent, and listens to your concerns. Ernie is also incredible! He walks you through the whole process, shows you everything he will be using for your service, and even gave a run down on where most of my tension was, but I warn you. This man has hands of steel. When you request firm pressure, and he looks at you and says “I can be heavy handed”, you better listen. He ain’t lying. I love this spa. Amanda and Kit at reception make you feel so comfortable. My two favorite massage therapists are Lona and Chris. The whole staff is super friendly and the spa is impeccable clean.
I had. a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door. Marie checked me in efficiently and answered any questions I had. Valensia was my massage therapist and did a fabulous job concentrating on the areas I asked her to. It was so relaxing! The massage ended pleasantly with Arnella checking on my experience. It is obvious everyone enjoys their job and that is what keeps bringing me back!
