Summary of this review: AGRESSIVE SALES TACTICS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I was a member of this establishment for a while but had to cancel my membership due to medical reasons. As many other reviewers have pointed out, their focus is heavily on selling memberships. If you bring a guest, they will persistently ask for their contact information to try and sign them up as well. I initially joined only because of one person—Aubrey, my masseuse.
