Look forward to my visit every month. Aubrey has been absolutely wonderful, and Chloe made today’s check in process smooth and pleasant. Have been a member for over a year now and it has been well worth it.
Emily was lovely helping me get checked in and enrolled for services. Miss Danae worked wonders on stress relief and sciatica relief. Looking forward to seeing these ladies next month on my self care journey.
Kathleen, Chloe, Amella & Emily were AMAZING!!!! Kathleen loves what she does and that is a understatement! She made me feel seen and cared about as a client. I work in high stress environments, and I was definitely able to relax today while also getting one of the best facials I’ve ever had!
I love this Hand & Stone location. The front desk staff (especially Emily & Arnella) is calm, polite & helpful. It always smells wonderful & relaxing as soon as you walk in. If you’re looking for a massage therapist, Danae is wonderful.
Worst Spa experience…I physically went in to cancel a membership and was told one more month would draft, 4 months later, they are still drafting my account. Then when you call Ann to inquire, all you were told is you should receive a call within 24 to 48 hours
