Great massage very bad management. Sad
Anyone with pain will most certainly have to get a message at Hand and Stone located in Mercato ( located southern entrance before the movie theatre). I had never experienced any back pain in my life. I began experiencing painful sciatica. 6 months later…it got much worse. Pain level 6-9 ( out of 10), I was miserable. Jessica is INCREDIBLE!!! She’s absolutely amazing! I always book an 80 min. Deep tissue with Jessica & I never want it to end! Shes a “10”
The billing service at this location is extremely disappointing, and management consistently fails to respond to calls or emails. While my esthetician was great and provided excellent service, the overall experience is overshadowed by the lack of support and communication from management. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not recommend the service.
I had 50 minutes deep tissue massage with Claire for my shoulder blade pain, and she did amazing massage. The pain was completely gone by next day and I had my normal movement back.
