I have been using Hand and Stone Hollywood for over a year now. When my previous massage therapist moved, I tried several others in the spa and then I found Seth!! I was nervous at first about a male massage therapist but that nervousness melted away!! Seth is absolutely AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend him.
WORST experience EVER! They injured my ankles during a massage. The therapist was rude, inexperienced, and didn’t listen to me at all… truly the worst massage! When I complained, they didn’t care and only offered a $20 “discount,” so I canceled my membership. Then they tried to charge me for another month just to cancel, and now I see they’ve been charging me for a membership I canceled back in May…all the way through August! I want to recommend Walter as a massage therapist. He has a very unique style of massaging. Being a massage therapist myself years ago, it is difficult to find a good one! Walter’s mind-muscle connection is superb. He knows the muscles and how it works, finding tension that I didn’t even know I had. His moments are slow, that doesn’t only release tension in the muscle, but also relaxes the nervous system. He is present all the way, totally in touch with the body!
