I won't do this again. Predatory pricing, listen to the others reviews that say don't come here. They have a sign in the bathroom advertising free aromatherapy if you write a review. I booked a massage and facial. Massage was okay. My one star review is for the esthetician who asked me which facial I wanted, and briefly explained how much each one cost. I went in to take an appointment for my wife and was pressured to sign up for plan I then went to cancel plan because I don’t have time to go nor do I want to pay for a service I don’t use. I was then told that I needed to pay a month in order to cancel my plan which is ridiculous. Reporting to my bank as fraud. Especially after I was told I could cancel at anytime
I’ve been coming here for years. Every time I have a gift card, they take it from me and put it on my account. My boyfriend got me a gift card and since it only gave him the intro option, he booked it. They called to say that it would be normal price since it’s not an intro. I said that makes sense and can you use the gift card on file and they said that it’s not an option since I don’t have the physical gift card (since they take them from me each time). UPDATE: After patiently waiting 2 weeks to hear back from a manager (vacation), there was no resolution. The 20 minute conversation was filled with a lot of silence punctuated with lame excuses. She even had the audacity to suggest I make a claim with my bank so that she can send them proof that services were rendered (meaning she would win anyway). I really, really wanted to like this place. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was my first time with this chain, but I can't in good faith recommend them (at least this location).
