I’ve been coming here for years. Every time I have a gift card, they take it from me and put it on my account. My boyfriend got me a gift card and since it only gave him the intro option, he booked it. They called to say that it would be normal price since it’s not an intro. I said that makes sense and can you use the gift card on file and they said that it’s not an option since I don’t have the physical gift card (since they take them from me each time). UPDATE: After patiently waiting 2 weeks to hear back from a manager (vacation), there was no resolution. The 20 minute conversation was filled with a lot of silence punctuated with lame excuses. She even had the audacity to suggest I make a claim with my bank so that she can send them proof that services were rendered (meaning she would win anyway). I really, really wanted to like this place. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was my first time with this chain, but I can't in good faith recommend them (at least this location). My mom and I have had many massages before and decided to treat my grandmother to her first one as a birthday gift. I got there right on time…which I know is my fault and I expected to lose a few minutes of my massage. The girl at the desk did a great job at explaining everything. By 10 after I was on the table. My whole massage felt rushed. When she was done she would be waiting with water as usual. I looked at the clock and it was 1:53 and I was getting dressed. Needless to say I feel like I was ripped off and probably won’t be back.
