I had an incredible experience at Hand & Stone! My facial with Julie was absolutely amazing. she was so knowledgeable, gentle, and really took the time to make my skin glow. I left feeling refreshed and pampered! Nicole also gave me a fabulous massage that melted all my tension away. She knew exactly the right pressure and made sure I was completely relaxed from start to finish. I highly recommend both of them. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

First I was greeted by front desk employee Tim he then sat me down and explained to me the procedure if I felt uncomfortable. The manager Anisah then came to check on me and offered me a hot towel for my neck . It was nice as I was filling out my sign in on the tablet. My massage therapist Victoria was the best. I asked for medium pressure becuase it was my first ever massage. She showed me the difference in pressures next time for sure I will ask for firm pressure as im a big gym guy. I had a double appointment a massage first with Victoria who was amazing. Then came the facial with Mary, I have been getting facials at hand stone for a long time and this was by far the worst one ever . I left with the worst headache by the time she was done . She ATTEMPTED to do more massage than the actual facial I was there for .
