I have been a customer for years… However, today H&S scheduled my appointment for the wrong time, charged me a no-show fee, and refused to acknowledge that they had deactivated their notifications of appointments for me. I know this because she told me she reactivated my email for notifications while I was standing in front of her. She refused to refund the no show fee. ZERO customer service. Deserves ZERO stars.
