Everyone is just so nice and the place is absolutely spotless. I highly recommend Bruce for a massage he does such a wonderful job and listens so well to what you want and need. I can't say enough good about him. From Mya at the front desk and Bruce for the massage and even passing staff in the hallways everyone just goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Tanisha was rude and unprofessional. She refused to explain the services properly and snapped at me when I mentioned my restricted arm movement, saying, ‘You should have told me this before.’ She questioned me aggressively, and when I told her I was uncomfortable with her tone, she told me to ‘step away and leave.’ A massage should be relaxing, not stressful. The front desk confirmed she wasn’t new, which makes me wonder if this was discrimination. I would not recommend Tanisha to anyone.
Came and left with a membership. It has helped with aches and pains so much! So glad this place is here.
