I've had a great experience overall with this location of Hand and Stone. The customer service is very good here. I've had some great massages with Yan, and overall nice service from this facility.
Highly recommend! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our massage was very relaxing and the massage therapists were very professional and did amazing.
I had a wonderful deep tissue message. She got to all my tight areas . Also had a great facial,it was so relaxing and beneficial. I would recommend Hand and Stone to anyone
Flexible appointment times, comfortable and relaxing environment, experienced massage therapists, and their membership plan option makes getting regular massages much more affordable. I'm determined to try a massage with every therapist on staff - so far they're all great! Also looking forward to having my first session with an esthetician. :) Thank you, Hand and Stone Waco!
This was my first visit and I am beyond impressed. Jennifer did an amazing job. The facility is very clean and professional. I appreciated the damp towel at the end to use to wipe off the oil and she protected my hair from the oil during the massage.
