I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at this Hand and Stone location. My purpose in visiting was to seek a relaxing and peaceful environment, but what I encountered was the complete opposite. The most disturbing aspect of my visit was witnessing one of your employees behaving in an incredibly unprofessional manner. My daughter just turned 13, and for her birthday she had her very first facial with Esthetician Shannon — and it was absolutely wonderful! Shannon was amazing with her, taking the time to explain each step of the process and the products she was using, which made my daughter feel comfortable and special.
