Book a facial with a scalp massage. Upgraded facial but I guess they for got about scalp massage. Except for that was excellent. I don't complain while in shop. Never due.
My first experience was with Susan and it was amazing and so relaxing! Susan is so sweet & caring!
I cannot even begin to explain what this terrible location has done to my bank account. Over charging hundreds of dollars and ZERO response from 23 request to speak with the owner for over 2 months. No refunds and continues to try and bill me for membership that I don’t even have. SCAMMING customers out of money. I have reported them to the BBB and The Federal Trade Commission.
