Melani is great!
I love Hand and Stone and have been a member for several years. The atmosphere, cleanliness, professionalism and quality of the therapists are all top notch. My only concern is that once I find a great therapist, others do, too, and it becomes difficult to book the one I want. Also, trying to book ‘the week of’ can be next to impossible. I guess that’s a good thing, but can be frustrating for clients. Nevertheless, I love this place and plan to stay as long as they’ll have me!
Gina is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever encountered! Go see her. You will not be disappointed.
Was told by the manager I just had to tell them “a couple days” before billing date to cancel a membership but when I called to do so was told I’d be charged an additional month (I had only been there for a trial so my membership had not even begun). Poor communication and customer service and they push up charges on every service. Do not recommend at all.
