I opened up a membership in February and used it as a gift for my mom. I paid the membership for two additional months and when my card on file had expired I got a call to update it. I never got around to it and I got another call to update it. I already had two credits and hadn't been back to use them so I didn't update it because I didn't want to pay for more credits that I wasn't using. My husband and I both see Melanie and she is absolutely amazing. We cannot recommend her enough! Sarah at the front desk is also exceptional, her customer service is fantastic.
Massage by Melanie is the best
I called on a Sunday night at 6pm to book a massage for the next day (Monday) at 2pm. When I woke up on Monday morning I was extremely sick (ended up finding out days later that I have covid), so I called at 8am to cancel my appt at so I wouldn’t get my massage therapist sick, as a courtesy to them!
