Sad to say that after 4 plus years I have officially become disappointed and upset by this establishment. I had wonderful therapists but the policy of not being able to cancel before 24 hours is upsetting when you have been a diligent, excellent tipping, flexible customer. I have been canceled ON as a customer as soon as an hour prior to my appointment and only get to reschedule but when I start running a fever 3 hours prior to my appt and RESPONSIBLY cancel. From the moment you walk on, everyone is so friendly. Katy (front staff) is wonderful. She is knowledgeable and answers all questions. Fiona (manager) will make sure you feel welcomed and have the best experienced. Atmosphere is calming and clean. For the massage therapists, Gladys is top notch! She knows how to give an excellent massage. Gina and Anthony are also amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them either!
