I’ve been seeing Fabian for massage therapy and have always had a great experience. The location is convenient, the space is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and professional. Even after moving and trying other therapists closer to home, I find myself coming back to Fabian. I commute an hour each way through heavy traffic, and my back and neck often pay the price. Massage was cut short, I called due to traffic. Lobby was empty and they stated they had other customers. I saw my massage guy getting in his car leaving right after. It looks like they are struggling for business but they really don’t care about customers. I won’t be returning.
