I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the Hand & Stone in Hamilton Marketplace. I’ve never been able to reach anyone on the phone or book an appointment, no matter how many times I’ve tried. I recently found out that if I want to switch locations, I’d have to cancel my membership and pay a new enrollment fee — which feels unfair given I haven’t been able to use my membership. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of communication and accessibility.
Loved my facial today and one hour massage! True “me time” to unwind, feel pampered and relax.
Service was great but experience at front desk was not. Girls at front desk very rude. Not the experience you would want from a place you go to for relaxation.
