Update! Please beware! This has been a horrible experience for me. I hate that I signed up for the membership. They continued to charge my card during COVID-19 days, even when the store was not open; now I have over 15 treatments, and I can't get rid of to cancel. If I cancel now, I have 90 days to take over 20 treatments, ludacris! Then, I called many times and received rude and condescending customer service from the representatives. Megan was very rude and not customer-oriented. I WANT OUT THIS MILLVILLE Membership!
Maricarmen is the best masseuse, I definitely recommend her! There’s a reason she’s always booked! But the manager has no empathy for when people need to reschedule their appointments for good reasons and still wants to impose a cancellation fee. There was another problem with cancellation of membership with the manager as well. It makes the company only care about money, and have no sympathy for people.
