Had the best massage this AM with Candace. It was my first time with her. She started out with a few questions and got right to it. Great pressure, focused on my pain points.
I had the pleasure of getting a lovely facial from Alexandria. She was very attentive, so professional and a complete natural. I was in visiting family in Wisconsin and I was lucky enough to get a pro.
Unfortunately had a very negative experience here. i booked a 50 minute massage for which my masseuse (who i was told was named crystalin) showed up late to and began late, taking many breaks throughout and finished the massage about 40 minutes in. she didn’t focus on my problem areas i asked to be addressed, and just all around didn’t do a particularly good job. she was also belching and gagging the entire service and complained about being nauseous, i understand being sick but if you’re that unwell you shouldn’t be coming ... read more
So I called Hand & Stone to book an appointment for Basic Facial…. So I decided to no longer be a member after I’ve paid for two facial…& I was told I had to become current with them to book…Mind you it was trial and error on the product they used because my left side of my chin was burnt pretty bad…so I wanted to give the appointment to a friend… A guy/girl name Zac was over talking me…Claiming to had call me & message me several times so he/she say….
