After a consultation where the esthetician talked mostly about her own personal skin history, she recommended the Diamond Glow package at $120 and asked if I approve that amount. I said yes. Checked out and paid with a gift card. A few minutes after departing I received a frantic call from the front desk explaining they did not charge me the full amount and that I still had to pay $120. I absolutely loved getting a facial at this spa, the staff is very friendly, nice, professional! The facilities is set up beautifully, it has a very relaxing environment! Also the esthetician was very good and knows so very much! Thank you to Hand and Stone for such a nice day!
Great atmosphere. Camille was awesome. Reasonable price. If I lived in the area I would get a membership. I will visit again next time I am in town.
This business has poor communication! They will take your $$ without taking into consideration if you have gifts cards to use they want you to spend more than once a month outside their PKG deals & they don't have enough staff to barely get in once a month! They don't update you how many points you have accumulated until you have cancelled your membership & then tell you your gift cards are only worth half!
I’ve a member for numerous years and have been totally satisfied from the front desk greetings, the massages, and the facials. Highly recommend!
