Incredibly disappointed in the “experience” I had today. My husband booked a prenatal massage for me and a deep tissue massage for himself at the same time as a Valentine’s Day treat for us. I went for a facial today. And my aesthetician was awesome. Her name was Leah… and she was so fantastic that i added on microdermabrasion AND brow wax. She was fantastic. However… my zen was completely set on fire when i went To pay…. I was Very clear when i booked that i had A gift card. They said GREAT… what a super gift!!!
