Update: 9/13/25 You do not want to discuss and could care less. I have requested, from Audrey at least a half dozen times over the past few weeks to have the regional or owner call me and have got nothing. You people are horrible and don’t care about customers. Well, initially and for about the first 1-2 years, there had been a lot of changing of ownership of the establishment. During that time I had found a couple massage therapist's that felt right to me. Then when I finally found Arielle who was my facial therapist and she was amazing!. Tia'ra as a massage therapist is also truly wonderful.However, during a visit a few months ago, I was absolutely re-traumatized during that visit, which probably used 2 credits from my membership.
