The guy that did my massage needs training. It wasn't good. I actually wanted to leave half way through it. I felt worse when I left. I had a gift card. I still tipped him, yet felt obligated. I definitely will not be returning. I'm not positive their massage therapists are licensed. I feel like he would have known what he was doing if he was.
I would highly recommend Hand & Stone. Matigann did a job on the facials for both my wife and myself. We will definitely be repeat customers. She is so professional!
Wouldn’t go back to this location. Massage was okay. However, I booked a prenatal and an aromatherapy scalp massage with it. The massage therapist didn’t know this until after the consult when she was looking through the iPad. Seemed very confused. And while I did receive a scalp massage, no aromatherapy was used. I feel like they really take into account, your relaxation as they have an option to have a "quiet session" 🤫 which I appreciate! Every massage ♀️ I've had has also been great regardless of who it's been from!
