Very polite staff. My massage was very on point very experienced massage therapist.
UPDATE: Unfortunately I got a Gift Card for Hand and Stone and so I planned to go back. I made an appointment 3 weeks in the future, it was confirmed (multiple phone calls from the location), and then they canceled it the day before. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later, and AGAIN it was cancelled. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else just due to hassle of trying to schedule anything with this location. Very clean room. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very polite. The experience overall was excellent
Very mediocre massage. The rooms are dated in appearance and the massage therapist was meh. I am not a fan of the membership model for massages.
