50 min Swedish Massage- I got to my 10 am appointment at 9:50, and was taken back at 10:10. The reception staff was warm and welcoming. The desk displayed many lists of services, items for sale, and suggested tip amount, but the desk area looked a bit too cluttered and chaotic in my opinion, and didn’t mesh with the rest of the waiting room area which was simple, calm, and beautifully decorated. natalie was great. she listened to my problem areas & was sure to spend extra time focusing on them. she seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing & asked if i felt any better & gave some tips to keep myself feeling better. she also made sure she checked on how the pressure was feeling & if it needed to be adjusted at all.
