I had a visit today at 10am. I was told that my card would be at my visit since the initial contact was on line. There was no card left and when receptionist asked the manager she said, I don’t have a card. The receptionist said well you approved it. I noticed others massage practitioner asked them if they needed to use bathroom. I was not asked. I had Cherelle for my massage today and she was amazing!!! She did the hot stones I paid extra for almost the entire time which I appreciated so much! She was so sweet and she knew what she was doing!
I arrived at 8:55AM for my 9AM appointment and noticed 3 workers standing outside. The manager did not arrive until 9:16 to open the doors. I then had to wait about 5 mins to be called to the back. My massage started at 9:25 promptly and was complete by 10:05. While they offered complimentary hot stones, my massage was not the full 60mins. The only reason this review is receiving 2 stars is because the esthetician, Shannon, was amazing. I’d recommend going to this location solely for her, that’s literally it.
