I am not sure if I had a new therapist but I really thought it was the worst massage I had ever experienced. Also, I was using a gift card to pay for my massage and had been charged by the Lacey store for a no show for the previous. I called asking if the manager would consider reversing the charge and call me back and I never got a call from anybody. Charging a new customer for a no show when they booked the appointment with a gift card isn’t great practice. Not very happy, doubtful I would ever want to go back.
Had a massage and it was wonderful!
The receptionists where excellent. The massive therapy Sally she was excellent too.
My daughter purchased a gift certificate for me for Mother's Day. I never received an email from Hand and Stone so I called and they did have the information but I still never received an email. I went in on Friday and made an appointment for Saturday. When I arrived my therapist asked about my appointment and I said yes I'm here for an hour massage. She said ,"50 minutes." I canceled my membership today after an unbelievably rude and frustrating experience. I booked a Swedish massage with a deep tissue upgrade, as I always do, through their website—where they don’t disclose which provider you’re assigned. On the day of my appointment (4 PM), I received a voicemail at 10:22 AM informing me that my assigned therapist only offers light massages and couldn’t perform the deep tissue service I requested.
