I’ve been coming here for about a year and it’s always been great! Skyla is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, if you’re not sure who to go with definitely try to book with her!!
Really disappointed, I got my boyfriend a 90min hot stone gift card for his birthday, I had a facial which was good but come to find out he didn’t get a hot stone massage just a massage and was done 20min before me waiting in the lobby for my appointment to be over. He also mentioned it was the worst one he has had yet, because the focal points that they asked for were not attended to and he asked for firm and felt like the lady was just rubbing his back over the sheets. I have been using this location for about 3 years and always very pleased. I have upgraded more services than not. My last 2 experiences were not so good. I chose not to upgrade my facial on April 3rd yet the charged me in points for an upgrade that I specifically said no too lets save my points and second did not receive.
