The staff has been really kind and has always made the booking process easy. I genuinely have enjoyed going here. I did however make the decision to start the cancellation process due to the fact the policies corporate has about cancellations is not disability/medical emergency friendly. I have spinal injuries and nerve damage that causes unpredictable mobility issues or medical emergencies. I was taken to the emergency room due to my legs giving out and I couldn’t walk. This was the 2nd facial I've had at Hand & Stone, with a different person; both were excellent, and I'll be back... not only because they were excellent but also because I never realized how much the scout massage relaxed me and I feel confident that my hair follicles enjoyed it as much as I did... Which can only be good for my hair too!
Vicki was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about different ethnic skin types! Wonderful service!!!
