Hand & Stone Massage has been nothing short of a nightmare experience. After canceling my membership a month prior, they went ahead and charged me $79.95 for services not rendered. When I questioned the charge, I was told it was a cancellation fee. However, when I asked to see where in the membership policy this so-called cancellation fee was documented, they could not provide anything.
