Extremely disappointed I’ve been getting the round a round. I was told if I became a member my partner could transfer unlimited packages and now this location won’t honor the 5 transfers.To my understanding it’s a corporate rule to allow unlimited transfers member to member. This process has been extremely frustrating and I regret becoming a member.
This has been our go to massage membership now for over 3 years. Just had our monthly service here this evening. Friendly staff and great therapists that give friendly and professional massage / spa services. Will continue to support! Thanks! :)
Really enjoyed and felt relaxed after my massage. Kristina did a great job. Totally recommend.
Hand & stone is a great spa place. I have been a member for a long time, would highly recommend trying this place out. Lisa, is a wonderful masseuse. Sometimes scheduling over the phone is challenging but still a great spa.
