I got my first facial this Saturday! I really recommend Hand & Stone Massage and facial spa. Ana was very professional! She did my facial and she was amazing! Thank you guys so very much!
This has been my go-to massage place for over 3 years. Today I tried cancelling my membership. I have 2 credits left that I want to use. My membership renews on the 8th of every month and I have not paid for this month yet (today is the 17th). When I called today, they said my account was suspended due to no payment for 9 days. I have been a loyal customer who has always paid on time with no hiccups over the 3 years, until now. I had the worst experience in this location. Front desk person needs lots of training for customer service. Over price
My hubby brought me by for a BDay Massage. The establishment was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Although my massage was nice and relaxing, it lacked the firm pressure I requested. My lower back was missed and my thighs were just oiled with little to no pressure. I recommend this establishment but definitely be sure to ask for a masseuse who has the ability to cater to your needs. Decided to give another chance. I'll be sure to update.
Extremely disappointed I’ve been getting the round a round. I was told if I became a member my partner could transfer unlimited packages and now this location won’t honor the 5 transfers.To my understanding it’s a corporate rule to allow unlimited transfers member to member. This process has been extremely frustrating and I regret becoming a member.
