I got a Maternity massage through them and they called me two days before my massage appointment and told me I can use the gift card promo so they charged me $79 that day then on the day of my massage they charged me $144 for full price + I asked the manager why is that then she said “aww sorry I will refund you back $50” then I had to tell her again that you already charged my charged my card $79 then $144 you need to give me $129 back! I recently visited Hand and Stone for an introductory facial. I couldn’t remember if I ever had one before but it didn’t matter because this experience would top anything else. Jean was so kind, and thoughtful. She explained everything she used, took into consideration my problem areas and gave me tips to help it on my own. I would absolutely go back and request her again.
I was in the area for a long weekend and was fortunate to find a free time slot on a Saturday afternoon. Stephanie did my facial and a foot scrub and she was amazing. I enjoyed my session and was so relaxed by the end. Highly recommend!
