Appointment cancelled minutes before by the spa three times this year. The Hand & Stone corporate phone line and website tell customers to do cancellation by contacting their home spa. Since I was only 4 minutes away this time when they cancelled my appointment, I stopped in to cancel my membership. The front desk associate was not able to complete my cancellation due to "technical digital difficulties" and stating they had no paper form because they are "all digital". Booked an appointment over the phone. Had a gift card so they do not need a credit card to book, they AGREE to book it anyways. I get there, NOBODY actually booked the appointment. So, I worked night shift, slept very little to work with their schedule and it's 40 minutes from my house and then no appointment. Who doesn’t love a massage?
Booked a massage with 2 add on's, for my birthday that I took off work for. Four hrs before my appointment I get an email saying my appointment has been cancelled and to call and reschedule. I call and they say the girl called me in sick but they can reschedule for Thursday, I'm like nooo, I took off work for this and I don't have off work on Thursday!
