Booked an appointment over the phone. Had a gift card so they do not need a credit card to book, they AGREE to book it anyways. I get there, NOBODY actually booked the appointment. So, I worked night shift, slept very little to work with their schedule and it's 40 minutes from my house and then no appointment. Booked a massage with 2 add on's, for my birthday that I took off work for. Four hrs before my appointment I get an email saying my appointment has been cancelled and to call and reschedule. I call and they say the girl called me in sick but they can reschedule for Thursday, I'm like nooo, I took off work for this and I don't have off work on Thursday!
