I wouldn’t recommend this place. The staff is friendly and the masseuse I had is very professional, but I went there for tension relief and did not get that. I went in for 50 minute massage which started late on them, and so the masseuse cut my massage down by 40 minutes. That was time she could’ve been getting out my knots. She said she was going to focus on my problem areas, but she barely spent any time actually massaging the area. Oh my goodness ladies!! You have to experience a facial from Libby. She is fantastic! She takes the time to know you and your skin. She doesn’t try to sell any upgrades, but she does recommend what she feels your face needs. She’s gentle with her touch and also adds in an arms d hand massage!! I LOVE HER!!!
For some reason, I had a reaction to allergies on my eyes. I will never go back.
I had a horrid experience at the spa- due to poor customer service and bad attitudes. Andrea (front desk staff) called when I was 5 minutes late- I told her that I was in the parking late but was being directed to the garage and asked for help- specifically, I asked for another landmark (one of the one's on the direction signs- Whole Foods , Dillard, etc.)-- but instead of helping me, she put me on hold.
