I've been a loyal Hand & Stone member for years, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The staff booked me for an appointment without clearly confirming the time. There was obvious miscommunication on their end, yet instead of taking responsibility, they turned around and charged me a cancellation/no-show fee for their own mistake. The worst facial I've ever had was at this place. Let me show you the steps: Cleansing Exfoliation Steam for 25 minutes What they called an "extraction" was just a blackhead removal tool—the same one I have at home. They used it for about 10 seconds and didn't extract anything. A sheet mask straight out of a package for another 15 minutes, followed by two creams. I just got a massage here with Ada and it exceeded all my expectations! I have been looking for a place to get monthly massages and i got a membership right away! Best massage i have gotten in a very long time! Ada was amazing and was so friendly, i loved every second of it!
