First I did not receive a service as I did not make it that far the person at the front desk on 2/2 at about 10:30am indicated the earliest was 12noon and I was not able to wait that long. It was offensive to not be able to receive the desired service as I wanted a hand massage which would include my forearms. I inquired regarding this and she told me "NO we do not do that we only do full body."
