Overall a disappointing experience. I took a vacation day to recharge; all I wanted was a stress free, easy and relaxing experience. Scheduled a massage and facial services with a hot stone upgrade. I mentioned the two services when I checked in. I hold the belief that body services are best given by professionals who do not have long nails. I don't enjoy being pinched. My massage was alittle rushed. I didn’t get my full 50 mins I only got 40. They have to do better with the timing I gave this location a second chance and I was slightly disappointed. My massage began at 3:07pm and ended at 3:52pm. I pay a subscription every month and I would like my full 50 mins
