I have been on/off the hand and stone monthly membership for almost 10 years now. I used to go to the Mullica Hill, NJ location, but when I moved, the Bala Cynwyd was the closest. I have been going monthly since February, and I do not like to write a negative review unless I see a pattern. On a positive, Dana is phenomenal. I have had other therapists here, and the massages were just okay, but once I found her, my massages have been incredible. This location is truly 10/10! The front desk staff are phenomenal, and their hospitality makes every visit a pleasure. My massage with Elvin was amazing, I wanted to relax and he delivered exactly that. The new owners have done a fantastic job with this location. If you’ve ever hesitated before, don’t. This team is outstanding, and you won’t be disappointed!
