Unprofessional, cancelled my 2PM appointment today 20 minutes before. I was an inconvenience because I was in route. Per their policy the customer is charged for same-day cancellation . The representative was unconcerned nor offered a discount the next appointment since another associate was unavailable to honor my appointment.
Waste of money and time . I got no relief to my backpain . The massage was like just applying balm on my back and felt nothing. I asked for some pressure and the massage specialist said he couldn’t understand! I could have done the same at home
Everything was good and perfect. Saw lots of smiles and good service.
Had to cancel the massage all together because it kept getting rescheduled. Still got charged for missing an appointment I canceled. Manager was disrespectful as well definitely will not be using this specific location.
I booked an appt 3/7/2026…for 3/16/2026. I get a call 3/15/2026 telling me I would have a male provider. I am 26yr old woman…I do not want a man rubbing on my body. I asked for a female…she said the system already paired for the day. What kind of system would allow you to pair a young woman w/ a Man in a dark for an hour!?? And literally force me to cancel the service! LITERALLY WHY WOULD I WANT A MAN RUBBING ME! Are we okay here ?! Do better!
