Ok went for a facial and it was amazing! Almost fell asleep twice. My face feels and looks amazing. Then came the sales push at the end. After saying no to everything 8 times, I was aggravated and annoyed. The push was so hard they had me standing there till I caved on something to buy but that wasn't enough. I was held hostage before they would run my gift card and credit card, plus gave me no receipt. This ruined the gift I was given for my birthday from husband. I can never go to any of these establishments.
