I had great things to say about the Clermont location from their massages and facials, until now. My fiance and I have been members for a few months now with no issues. Our appointment for today was scheduled 2 months ago at our last visit. 1 month prior to our appointment we were told the couples room is being renovated and will not be available for a few months which is not a problem at all so we said it was fine being in separate rooms as long as we were able to keep our appointment date and time. Awesome massage!!!!
Natalie was my esthetician and I really enjoyed my first facial with her. With rosacea I have very sensitive skin, and Natalie gave me some great tips to help. The flare up really calmed down the next day after my facial! I’m looking forward to my next sessions with her to continue the progress. Also Holly is a phenomenal assistant manager that really helped me to feel seen. She has exceptional and rare customer service skills and really wants what’s best for the members.
I have been going to the Clermont Hand and Stone location for years. And I have always had a good experience. But when I started going to Natalie M., it has leveled up my facial and skin care astronomically. She is very informative and listens to my concerns. Natalie solves every problem, and now my skin is flourishing. Make-up is now optional. 10 out of 10 will recommend :)
