DO NOT JOIN! I have been trying to cancel my membership for a month. You have to wait for a manager to call to send you “forms to fill out” to cancel. If you miss the managers call back, it’s extremely hard to get in touch with them again, they can only take your name and number and you have to wait for them to call again. Meanwhile, they keep charging my card
I made an appointment for a massage today! The girl on the phone ask me about joining them. The sales speech! I get to the Clermont hands and stone. First my name is incorrect no problem! I I filled out the forms and the girl goes back and forth then tells me I can’t be seen today because I had breast cancer and lymph nodes removed.
