Imagine thinking Hand and Stone would be a nice place to get a massage and maybe get some relief from the stress of daily life. But when you move out of town and try to cancel the subscription, you find out they have laid out an intentionally confusing bureaucratic maze which requires daily phone calls and emails for a week. They want to charge you 2 months to cancel even though it clearly states 30 day cancellation policy. Bottom line: DO NOT sign up for any of the subscriptions. Terrible customer service. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. A spa should make you feel welcome and cared for—this place did the opposite. I would not recommend it to anyone until they seriously improve their front desk service and training. I had the displeasure of Sabrina & Adriana. GOOD LUCK IF YOU CHOOSE THIS LOCATION

I have a membership here I get a massage every month and I absolutely love it. My go to is Travell he is always professional and friendly.
Highly recommend they are easy with scheduling/rescheduling and their monthly package makes it affordable. I recommend telling the massage therapist what you like it makes a huge difference. Clean, relaxing atmosphere.
