Staff is friendly. Be aware that the promotion gift cards expire. Staff neglect to write down expiration date. You have to contact front desk for them to look up the id number on the card to figure out the expiration date. An expirated promotion gift card will not be accepted. Such a relaxing experience. (The regular gift cards do not have an expiration date.)
