Conflicted. The first time I came here, I was transported thru a portal of relaxation and body/mind connectivity. It was amazing. Last night, I had a massage at the same location and it was a massive disappointment. The person doing my massage did a very poor job. They spent 20 MINUTES on my neck with very strange technique that made it seem like they were not even in the room, paying attention. Target areas were ignored. Feet never touched. Staff is friendly, massage is heavenly!
Mason is incredible! I have been seeing him for over a year and absolutely love it. I just recently started getting facials done by Kate and she is AMAZING too! Everyone at the front desk is always so sweet!
