I would like to respectfully share my concerns regarding my recent massage service. The massage began approximately 15 minutes late, and as a result, my session was shortened by 15 minutes. I also felt pressured to accept a level of service that did not fully align with my requested needs. Susie is the BEST when it comes to a deep tissue massage! I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. You will not be disappointed. This location by far is the most amazing place I’ve been to.
I called yesterday to make an appointment for a facial and Destiny answered the phone. She asked me to hold, which I didn’t mind, but while I was on hold I could hear the conversation happening in the background. I overheard her tell the client in front of her that they were more important than me, which didn’t feel very professional and left a bad first impression.
