Shouldn't leave no star at all!!! I will be reporting this place to law enforcement, due to my wife getting sexual harassed/ touched by one of the guy staff today 11/16/202 at t this facility.

Everything was SO great. I will definitely request Ellie again, she followed my preferences perfectly and the massage was just what I needed. She is very kind and professional. At the desk, both ladies were awesome. Diamond helped me sign up for a membership and she is amazing. She was so concerned with making sure I understood everything and was ready to go. She even called afterwards to clear up a question I had. It was a great visit!
After a great and relaxing massage I had a facial done where I developed an allergic reaction. I called the day after to alert the team and the employee on the phone said it “was above her pay grade” and said a manager would call her. I wait a week without hearing a thing and called again. I was told yet again the manager was busy and she’d call me. That was a month ago and I haven’t heard back yet.
