If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a faithful customer for 9 months and used their service monthly. I simply called into the Prosper location to discuss my cancellation and the manager at the location was so rude, she wouldn’t let me talk and hung up on me. Evelyn Molina had a very good experience with her. I loved the results. She was verily nice, listen to what I needed. Would recommend her to everyone has me getting my membership back on how amazing work she did.
This was the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend it in any way. I got a lot of massages ranging from budget options to 5-star resorts, but this one is the WORST experience I have ever had. The therapist needs better training. “It is important for businesses to ensure that their employees are well-trained and performing their duties effectively. Neglecting this can lead to a decline in business ( Just saying).”
If you are looking to fall asleep in the most relaxing way then Tessa is your go to therapist! She is amazing! So sweet and listened to me when I told her about my trouble areas. Her massage was so good I walked out with my shirt inside out. I didn't even notice. I was in a complete trans of pure relaxation. Lol Thank you again Tessa for a wonderful mother's day massage.
