I haven't had an account with this place since last year and they started charging my card again this year. My father has an account with them currently, but has been trying to cancel with them for many months. So in other words, against his will. Even filled out a form and they STILL won't let him cancel. I have been asking for a refund that was promised from Robert Rodrigues and he is choosing to now just avoid my calls, text and any messages I have left. I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with this franchise. They don’t care about their customers nor their employee. Shame on you Robert for not doing the right thing. Be careful. I am a member. Well I canceled today. I had an appointment at 2. I am sick from heat exhaustion after being out this morning. Their answer was your charge is half the session. Plus tax. For which they immediately charged my card on file. $52 if you are wondering. Im going to try to lay down and feel better but think twice before you book or commit at this location. Zero empathy.
Technicians were amazing but I will not be back. I asked 3 separate times asking if it was accepted, along with finding the info on the spa wellness website, but when it came to my $300 service they no longer accept it. I wouldn't have come at all if 3 phone calls specifically asking if they took it. Stop lying. Also was asked to show up 15 mins before but lights were not even open till after my appointment was supposed to start. Very disappointing.
