I got a gift card from a friend and had a great experience. From the moment I called, they made everything super easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. The staff was very nice, friendly, and welcoming the whole time. The massage itself was really good and relaxing. Overall, a great experience—definitely recommend and I’d go back again.
Sabrina the esthetician did an amazing facial and shows attention to detail and makes sure you’re getting the ambience/relaxation you’re paying for!! Tonya at the front desk was also great and has a very warm demeanor. Staff and services were so good I bought a membership after my first experience!
Amanda is wonderful. So personable and puts you at ease. She really listens and suggests ways to help improve your skin. Such a relaxing facial, every time!
The WORST experience I've ever had at a spa. I made an appointment for a Swedish Massage. Before we started, I mentioned lower back pain, as a masseuse usually gives a little extra time to that area, however, my masseuse, without asking, gave me a Deep Tissue massage. At one point, I said the pressure was too hard. Also, I purchased an add-on foot massage, but during the session, told him I'd rather not do foot massage.
