I received a gift certificate for a massage (valued at $100) but was unable to get it at the time due to an injury. Once the doctor cleared me to get a massage, this location told me that the gift certificate had expired. I offered to get medical documentation, as it would have been unsafe for me to get the massage before that time, and the RVC office said they could do nothing for me and gave me contact information for the corporate office. Had Qamar as the girl who did my facial!! Wonderful human :)! She’s so lovely and highly knowledgeable. Loved getting a facial by her. I normally get monthly facials, but this most recent time I switched to her due to a booking issue. But how fortuitous that it worked out well! Skin really felt bouncy and juicy. She's my new go-to facial girl!!
had a gift card and booked a facial appointment. called the spa before the appointment to let them know that i was unfortunately running late as I was at my own graduation ceremony which was running over time and i couldn't leave in the middle of. they told me i could still come 30 minutes later without being charged a cancellation fee. when i arrived 30 minutes later, they had charged me a cancellation fee ($69!) anyway and didn't honor what they had told me on the phone. no consideration that the events weren't under my co... read more
