My husband, daughter and I recently went to this locations for massages. Each one of us had a different masseuse and each of us had a not so great experience. Two of them talked the whole time during the massage. We all felt like they just sort of rubbed around but no real massage. Very disappointing especially for all three of us to experience with three different people.
Booked online and added on 2 enhancements to my facial when already starting my treatment I brought up the two enhancements i booked and the aesthetician was never made aware of this then preceded to tell me she does not do said services. This was extremely disappointing and management /receptionists should be aware of what services staff are capable of before booking a specific client with them
I received a massage a couple days ago, by far it was on the worst massages I’ve ever had. Even though the reception girls are sweet- this establishment did not seem professional at all. The woman who completed my massage talked almost the entire time. I do not believe the masseuse was trained at all in this area. She rubbed and rubbed and rubbed.
