Scheduled my massage in advance and taken in on time. The girls at the front desk were kind and walked me through some forms. My massage was perfect and the provider knew exactly what I was there for.
Super disappointed with this “business”. My sister and I purchased a gift card for our mom and she was charged for missing an appointment that she cancelled and when she called to reschedule the appointment they left her on hold and never came back :) I then called the salon because my sister and I paid for this gift card and wanted our mom to have a good experience. Booked a hot stone massage and I received a very basic standard massage minus the hot stones. I walked out feeling almost worse than going in. Tried to explain my disappointment to the front staff and she didn't seem interested in hearing my problem.
