I have been a customer of Hand & Stone for a little under a year now. I have officially discovered the gems of the location! Karina gives the BEST facials I've ever had! She is amazing! She is so kind and I truly walk out of there with my skin glowing for days! 10 out of 10 for Karina's facials!! Also, I want to give a shout out to Eileen for the most relaxing massages! She is able to get my knots out and reset me before my job/life stresses me again! lol Eileen and Karina are VIPs of this location! I hope they never leave!
I booked a facial here for the first time, expecting a soothing and relaxing experience, but it unfortunately fell short. To begin, my appointment was scheduled for 1:15 pm; I arrived at the suggested 1:00 pm time. Even though I had already completed all forms online days in advance, my service didn’t start until 1:30. Great experience. I come here to relax and release the tension/stress that builds up in my shoulders and neck. Zereena is amazing. She applies medium to firm pressure and really pays attention to my areas of concern. Ilene is really great for deep tissue. Packages are worth it. Even if you don't go frequently, they roll over and you can use them when really needed.
