After booking online and filling out all relevant forms, I arrived 5 minutes early to my scheduled time yet not taken back until nearly 15 minutes later. Once taken back, I was promptly told that I was unable to receive a massage today due to being in a car accident 4 days ago. I was then told that I needed to wait 3 weeks and have a doctor’s note. Not as best experience, both a gift card for someone 1h massage 1h facial, got gift carts it’s says 50 min and 50 min ( What? Why?), when person came there massage was 35 min ( that’s unbelievable), facial specialist just tried to sell more services instead off do there job, I don't even know what to say, so draw your own conclusions. 2 stars for customer service that help make an appointment, other then this nothing to go for…
My facial was absolutely wonderful. It felt so good and relaxing and my skin looked so good. Very happy and had a wonderful experience.
