The girls are doing a really good job, .Very clean and friendly but tara needs some more practice with the massage ! I wouldn’t go back to her, but maybe try someone else.
I have been a member at hand and stone for about a year and have gotten a number of facials by many excellent estheticians. Today hands down was the best experience I have ever had. Dawn was absolutely WONDERFUL and made my skin look brand new. She is skilled and is definitely worth booking an appointment with her. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!
After booking online and filling out all relevant forms, I arrived 5 minutes early to my scheduled time yet not taken back until nearly 15 minutes later. Once taken back, I was promptly told that I was unable to receive a massage today due to being in a car accident 4 days ago. I was then told that I needed to wait 3 weeks and have a doctor’s note.
