This place hires really young people to run the front desk like high schoolers who don’t know the policies so you can get two completely different answers even if you call the same day and ask the same question.
Rude, in your face manager, who claims to be the owner, but is not. Not even sure if she is really a manager. Overcharges packages and cannot resolve. Fraud. Creates add ons and don't tell you its extra. Can't get help superior help above this location as all inquires revert back to Aberdeen. Still waiting for a call back, it's been 9 months. The rest of the management is non responsive. They so far have even ignored my letter.
