I could give zero starts but no option here. Please beware when you cancel membership to this overpriced Spa. They never return calls and I have called several times to cancel my membership, sent the cancellation form, got the confirmation from the manager that they will refund, but never got it. It's been the same for 3 months they keep charging me 75$ not sure where to complain now.
Hand and stone was my go to place for massages for about 7 years. The past year it has gone downhill. Services aren't what they used to be, everything is an up charge and management is impossible to reach.
