This was the first facial I’ve ever gotten and for me it was exactly what I needed and I left feeling beautiful. I didn’t know what to expect coming into it but Shayla was my esthetician and she was amazing! She recommended products for my specific skin type and walked me through everything she was using on my face. The whole time I was relaxed and felt comfortable. I would definitely come back.
Sunday started off great. I went to Hand and Stone Burleson to get a massage. It was great. I will definitely be returning next month. It was worth the wait. The staff was friendly, music was perfect and my masseuse did a good job.
I have had massages at Hand and Stone for several years. Due to the price we only schedule on special occasions. This particular time was just a treat for me. I was scheduled for 7 pm. I was called back at 7:05. The massage did not start until 7:13. She concluded at 7:55. Things happen, I understand - but I paid for an hour massage (which is normally 50-55 minutes, not just 45 minutes. I don’t understand why people do any business here. All they do is use gimmicks to make you think your paying a lower price and you go in and they say “oh that’s the membership price blah blah” I highly recommend a place in Burleson called Island Massage Spa. They have refreshments, really nice thick robes and slippers, a sauna room, and so many cool options for massages, facials and lots more. Best of all, their prices are actually correct. Massage was good staff upfront sucks never again we’ll go there. No one told me I have to fill out paperwork when getting there took 15 minutes off of massage that was over $100.
