My husband purchased a facial and message package . After the mediocre experience I decided to try them out again never able to get in to receive what I paid for I decided to cancel my membership. I tried doing on the phone and I was not allowed I had to come in to cancel . I did that and I was informed I was owed 3 services from the money that was taken out my account . I had a 50 minute massage with Salazar tonight. It was great, just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling much less knotted and looser than when I came in there. The clinic is very clean and the front desk girls are very nice.
