I recently found Jennifer at Hand and Stone in Crescent Springs, KY and she is hands down one the best massage therapists I have been to. When she told me she has only been a therapist since August of 2025, I was blown away. I would have thought she had been doing massage for years. I have severe TMJ and she was extremely informed on how to work on and massage my neck, shoulders and jaw to provide me to most relief.
He doesn't know anything, and that's just too bad and The price is high, with Extras ,When you go for a facial, it’s supposed to leave your face clean, but that’s not the case here—she’s just there to make suggestions, take up all your time talking, and try to get you to pay more.
I’ve been going here for over a year. The communication, process for booking, every aspect is excellent. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. And Dorothy is a miracle worker that caters to my needs each appointment.
Came here at 11:45a for a 12:00p. appointment on the day of my birthday only to arrive and they tell me they cancelled my appointment without any email notice. ! showed the lady at the front my confirmation via email then she claimed the manager called me to cancel. That's BS I never received any email notice of any cancellation or voicemail. They tried to squeeze me in at 12:15 and told me it would only last until 12:55 shorting me a nice amount of a 1 hour massage. I walked out the door. Don't go to this location they are ... read more
